🔧 Product Description

⚙️ Key Features

• Fuel pump
• 1.300 kg
• Supersedes 22802475
• Covers the ten TAD series engine applications of the number it replaces
• Much the smaller of the two pumps that supersede numbers in this run

🔌 Function

Draws fuel from the tank and delivers it at pressure to the filters and injection equipment, keeping the supply side charged so the engine can run under load.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Extended cranking before the engine picks up
• Misfire or loss of power under load
• Fuel pressure below specification at the test point
• Diesel seeping from the pump joint
• Internal wear or a damaged drive found on strip-down

🛠️ Service Notes

• Change the filters and check the suction line for air leaks first - most low-pressure complaints are upstream of the pump
• Bleed the system fully after fitting and check the joint for leaks at working pressure
