🔌 Function

Carries engine oil out to the remotely mounted filter and back again, so the filter can sit where it can actually be reached and changed.

• Oil film or drips under the engine after a run
• Weeping at the end fittings or a damp sleeve under the crimp
• Oil pressure reading lower than usual, or a warning at idle
• Cover cracked, blistered or gone hard, with the reinforcement showing
• Hose rubbed thin where it crosses a bracket or a neighbouring pipe

• Renew the hoses of the remote filter run together - they age at the same rate and a change means the system has to be bled and the level topped up either way
