⚙️ Key Features

• Wiring harness, 3.877 kg
• Supersedes 22875695
• Listed for two TWD series engine applications

🔌 Function

Carries power, earths and sensor signals between the engine's control unit, its sensors and its actuators, holding the whole set of circuits in one routed loom.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Warning lamps or fault codes that come and go for no clear reason
• Engine cutting out or a reading jumping when a section of loom is moved
• Insulation chafed through where the loom passes a bracket or a hot pipe
• Green or white corrosion inside a connector, or a pin backed out of its housing
• Loom sleeving melted or brittle where it has run too close to the exhaust

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check the connectors, pins and earth points and clean them before condemning the loom - corrosion at a single pin gives the same symptoms
• Isolate the batteries before disconnecting anything, and photograph the routing and clip positions before the old loom comes off
• Route the new loom to the original clips and keep it clear of exhaust and moving parts
