Collects the exhaust from each cylinder port and takes it into a single outlet, carrying the full heat and pulsation of the exhaust on its way out of the engine.

  • Smell of exhaust in the engine space
  • Cracks found between the ports or around the outlet flange
  • Studs found seized, stretched or snapped on removal

  • Renew the manifold gaskets and check every stud and nut when fitting - seized studs are the usual reason this job overruns
  • Check the port faces for flatness and clean off all old gasket material before offering it up
