Genuine Volvo Penta valve from the Marine Propulsion group, weighing 0.083 kg and listed for two D series engine applications - much the smallest of the five.

🚤 Compatibility

  • Volvo Penta D13C8-B MP
  • Volvo Penta D13C4-B MP
  • Engine Family: D

⚙️ Key Features

🔌 Function

Controls flow within the drive's circuit, opening and closing the path so pressure goes where it is needed.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • The function the valve controls slow, weak or not operating
  • Pressure bleeding off when the system is left standing
  • Chatter or buzz from the valve as it works
  • Weeping around the valve body
  • Seat or seal found eroded or held open by debris on strip-down

🛠️ Service Notes
