⚙️ Key Features

• 0.226 kg
• Supersedes 21756649
• 34 applications across D and TWD series engines

🔌 Function

Clamps two flanged components together with a wedging action that pulls the joint up square.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Joint leaking as the clamp loses tension
• Band cracked or the T-bolt stretched
• Corrosion of the band or fastener
• Clamp slipping off the flange under pressure

🛠️ Service Notes

• V-clamps are commonly single-use where specified — a stretched band will not hold the joint
• Tighten to the specified torque; over-tightening distorts the flanges it is meant to seal
