🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta hose from the Fuel System group, weighing 0.391 kg. It supersedes 21900981, catalogued earlier as a fuel pipe, whose cost record lists 16 TAD series applications.

⚙️ Key Features

  • 0.391 kg
  • Supersedes 21900981, previously catalogued as a fuel pipe
  • 16 TAD series engine applications

🔌 Function

Carries fuel between two points, flexing where a rigid pipe cannot.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Fuel weeping or misting at the ends
  • Outer cover cracked or perished
  • Hose softened and swollen by fuel attack
  • Kinking or collapse restricting flow
  • Chafe damage where the hose is clamped

🛠️ Service Notes

  • It replaces what was a rigid pipe, so check the routing and support suit a flexible hose
  • A weeping fuel hose in an engine space is a fire risk, so treat it as urgent
