Genuine Volvo Penta Joystick Surfing Software, twin gasoline — Software licence enabling Joystick Surfing on twin gasoline forward-drive installations, for control of the boat in surf mode without steering wheel or throttle levers for Gasoline (petrol) twin installations, FWD (forward drive). Joystick Surfing is the main highlight of this year's watersports improvements. Volvo Penta is proud to introduce this functionality designed specifically to enhance the surfing experience at lower speeds. This allows the driver to control the boat without the steering wheel and throttle levers while in surf mode. Joystick Surfing also offers driving functionality with steering, throttle and gear control at higher speeds when not in surf mode. This feature requires the FWD along with Joystick Steering Software, Autopilot reactor and Full Control Package for Watersports.
