Genuine Quicksilver Seawater Pump Driveshaft Oil Seal - Part Number: 26-8M0146317

A genuine Quicksilver driveshaft seal for selected Mercury MerCruiser engine-mounted seawater pumps.

The seal fits around the pump shaft between the wet impeller cavity and the bearing side of the pump. It helps prevent cooling water passing into the pump bearings while retaining lubricant within the shaft and bearing assembly.

🔌 Function

The seal prevents seawater from travelling along the pump shaft into the bearing cavity while retaining lubricant around the bearings and driveshaft.
