  • Crankshaft end float well beyond specification
  • Knocking or movement fore and aft
  • Thrust faces worn through the bearing layer
  • Metal debris in the oil
  • Crankshaft thrust face damaged

  • Measure end float before selecting between the 0.10 mm and 0.30 mm grades
  • If neither grade brings float into specification, the crankshaft thrust face needs attention
