🔄 Cross Reference & Related Parts

• Dunbier: 2895g

• Select related Dunbier roller by length, profile, bore and shaft diameter

• Roller shafts and brackets are sold separately unless stated

🚤 Trailer Compatibility & Application

• Suitable for compatible Dunbier keel, crossmember and roller-rack assemblies

• Hard-poly rollers provide low rolling resistance and durability

• Soft-poly or rubber rollers provide more cushioning but may deform under high point loads

• Roller size and position must match the hull support plan

🔌 Function

Carries and guides the hull along the trailer while rotating around the roller shaft.

Common signs of wear or failure:

• Roller is split, glazed or permanently flattened

• Bore is enlarged and the roller wobbles

• Roller does not rotate freely

• Material transfers marks or has worn through

• Hull contacts the metal bracket

🛠️ Installation & Safety

• Support the boat before removing a load-bearing roller

• Inspect the shaft for grooves, bending and corrosion

• Use correct washers, split pins or retaining clips

• Allow free rotation without excessive side play

• Reset adjacent roller heights so the hull load remains evenly distributed
