Dunbier Knott Graphite PVC Keel Roller 12" with Aluminium Core – Part Number: 2962
A premium Knott 12-inch keel roller moulded from graphite-coloured non-marking PVC around a reinforcing aluminium core. The rigid core supports the load, while the PVC contact surface is designed to resist deformation, UV exposure and hull marking.

- Use a straight 16mm pin and suitable washers
- Set the roller height so the keel load is shared with surrounding supports
- Confirm the roller turns without side binding
- Rinse after saltwater launching and inspect the aluminium core periodically
