Moeller Primer Bulb - 5/16"

A 5/16" fuel primer bulb. Squeezed by hand before starting, it pulls fuel up the line and fills the carburettor bowl, so a motor that has sat over a few weeks fires on the first turn instead of cranking the battery flat.
