Closes the end of the cooling assembly, sealing the coolant path and turning the flow back through the unit.

  • Coolant weeping or dripping from the end of the unit
  • Sealing face pitted, eaten or distorted
  • Corrosion blistering across the inner face
  • Studs or bolts seized, or the threads pulled in the cover
  • Coolant loss with no visible external drip, tracking along the unit instead

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the gasket and o-rings with the cover and check the sealing face on the body it bolts to
  • Fit and check the anode in the circuit at the same time - a corroded end cover usually means the anode has been ignored
