🔌 Function

Returns surplus fuel from the overflow valve to the tank side of the circuit at low pressure.

  • Diesel smell with a slow, hard-to-find weep rather than a drip
  • Cover cracked, crazed or gone soft and swollen
  • Weeping at the crimped ends or union threads
  • Hose collapsed or kinked, restricting the return
  • Fuel showing in the drip tray under the return run

  • Completes the set of five TAD hoses with 3589192, 3589194, 3589199 and 3589201 - order by the run each hose makes
  • Renew the sealing washers at the unions and check the overflow valve itself while the hose is off
