A genuine Honda EAC or idle-air-control valve for BF115A and BF130A EFI four-stroke outboards.

The valve is fitted to the intake or throttle-body system and regulates bypass air when the throttle plate is closed. This allows the engine control module to stabilise idle speed under changing temperature and load conditions.
