🔧 Product Description
Genuine Volvo Penta refurbished EGR cooler, weighing 7.05 kg and listed for 1 application in the TAD series. It is the heavier of the two refurbished EGR coolers in this range, the alternative being 3801751 at 5.92 kg. This unit is supplied on an exchange basis: core deposit 3804752 is charged alongside it and refunded once the old unit is returned, so both numbers appear on the order.

- Refurbished EGR cooler

🔌 Function
Cools recirculated exhaust gas before it re-enters the inlet, lowering combustion temperature and cutting nitrogen oxide output.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Steam or white smoke from the exhaust
- Coolant disappearing with no external leak
- Coolant traces in the inlet manifold
- Fault codes for recirculation flow or temperature
- Soot choking the inlet tract
🛠️ Service Notes
- 3801751 is the 5.92 kg alternative, so the two are separable by weight — but order by number to be safe
