Genuine Volvo Penta Reman turbocharger weighing 16.24 kg, listed in Volvo Penta's reman catalogue as the reman turbo for the TAMD60A, TAMD60B, TMD70B and TMD70C. Two of those are supplied as a pair of lines rather than a single part: on the TAMD60A the original turbo is replaced by one 3802012 plus one hose 842317, and on the TMD70B from serial number 83030 onwards by one 3802012 plus one water pipe 843976. Order the second line with the turbo or the job stops halfway. It consolidates 3802005 and 877016, both catalogued earlier as exchange turbocharger units under Swedish descriptions. Volvo Penta reman turbochargers are rebuilt from a returned core to the current bill of material, with wear parts and anything outside the reman criteria replaced by new genuine parts, then tested and painted. It is supplied on exchange: core deposit 3805012 is charged alongside it and refunded once the worn turbo is returned, and the core may go back after the new one is fitted and the engine is running again.
