Like long block 3801111 it is common to both halves of the D12 listing, while the injector and turbocharger differ between them. Reman cylinder heads are supplied ready for installation with valves and springs, and camshaft-bearing housings are included where applicable. Reman components are restored to technically new condition, with wear parts and anything outside tolerance replaced by new genuine parts, built to a bill of material carrying all design changes so the unit meets the latest technical specification, then tested and painted before despatch. Closes the top of the cylinders and carries the valve seats, ports and injector bores, forming the roof of each combustion chamber along with the upper coolant and oil passages.
