An extra pulley lets auxiliary equipment such as a cooling compressor or hydraulic pump be driven from the crankshaft belt. It supersedes 3584502, previously listed simply as a pulley.

• Driving equipment off the crankshaft belt adds load to the crankshaft, so the axial position of the pulley and the position of the driven unit both have to suit the power being taken
• Fit a new belt with the pulley and set the alignment of the whole drive
• Maximum power supplied depends on the alignment of the belt, the belt type and the engine type
• The axial location of the pulley and the position of the driven equipment must suit the power being taken
