⚙️ Key Features

• 0.535 kg
• Supersedes 3817591
• 29 applications across D and TAD series engines
• Complete gasket set for the inlet and exhaust joints

🔌 Function

Renews the gaskets at the inlet and exhaust joints so they seal gas-tight again after work.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Hissing, ticking or sooty tracks at a joint under load
• Loss of boost, black smoke or poor throttle response
• Gaskets found blown through or crushed unevenly
• Flange faces pitted, distorted or carboned up
• Fasteners at the joint repeatedly loosening

🛠️ Service Notes

• Use the whole kit when the joints are opened rather than reusing the sound-looking gaskets
• Clean and check the flange faces for flatness first — a distorted face blows a new gasket just as quickly
