⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Hard starting, especially from cold
• White or black smoke that will not clear
• Knock, misfire or a rough idle traceable to one cylinder
• Fuel smell in the oil, or the oil level rising
• Excessive leak-off measured at the injector

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the copper sealing washer and the seal on the injector body — they are single-use
• Have the injectors tested rather than replacing them on suspicion, and treat them as a set if the engine has done high hours
