⚙️ Key Features

• Supersedes 477416, earlier catalogued as a plate
• 2.323 kg
• 4 applications across TWD and TD engines

🔌 Function

Transmits drive from the flywheel to the driven unit while flexing enough to absorb the small misalignments and shock loads between them.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Knocking or clattering from the bellhousing on load changes
• Vibration that comes and goes with engine speed
• Cracks radiating from the bolt holes or drive slots
• Bolts found loose or sheared
• Plate visibly dished or distorted on removal

🛠️ Service Notes

• If your records show 477416, this is the current number, though it was listed then only as a plate - check the mounting pattern against the old part before fitting
• Renew the drive bolts and torque them evenly in a diagonal sequence
• Check drive alignment while the plate is out, since misalignment is what cracks these
