⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Misfire, rough idle or a knock from one cylinder
• White or black smoke and a smell of unburnt fuel
• Hard starting, or the engine running down on power
• Fuel in the oil, with the level rising
• Injector leaking at its seals, or its tip found sooted, eroded or blocked

🛠️ Service Notes

• Class 2 and class 3 are the classes available as spares, and they can be mixed with the other classes already in the engine, so an existing set does not need matching
• Renew the injector seals and copper washer, and check the injector bore in the head is clean before fitting
• Have the fuel filters and the low pressure side checked at the same time - dirty fuel is what kills these
