⚙️ Key Features

• For use with 3825893
• Supersedes 862032, previously listed as a v-belt pulley
• 0.193 kg
• 23 applications across TWD, TID, TD, TAMD and TAD engines

🔌 Function

Provides a renewable hardened running surface at a seal or bearing track, so wear falls on a cheap ring instead of on the component it protects.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• A groove or step worn into the running surface where the seal rides
• Oil weeping past the seal that runs on the ring
• Ring loose, cracked or spun on its seat
• Run-out or vibration felt at the pulley or shaft
• Fine bright wear debris collecting around the seal area

🛠️ Service Notes

• Fit with 3825893 — the ring is listed specifically for that part
• Renew the seal that runs on the ring at the same time; a new ring against an old, hardened seal lip rarely stays dry
• Because the old number 862032 was a v-belt pulley, double-check you are being supplied the ring and not the pulley if a seller cross-references the superseded number
