⚙️ Key Features

• 1.24 mm thick
• Supersedes 243472, previously listed as an adjusting washer
• 41 applications across TAMD, AD, TMD, KAD and KAMD engines
• Published weight is a placeholder, not an identifier

🔌 Function

Sets a shim dimension in the fuel system assembly, its thickness determining the clearance or timing the adjustment is made to.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• The adjustment it sets drifting out of specification
• Spacer found dished, fretted or worn thin
• Uneven or rough running traceable to the assembly it shims
• Bright wear marks or an impression on its faces
• Fastener working loose because the stack height has changed

🛠️ Service Notes

• Order by the 1.24 mm thickness — these spacers exist in a range of thicknesses and picking the wrong one changes the setting rather than restoring it
• Measure the actual clearance before choosing the thickness; do not assume the spacer that came out was correct
• Because the superseded number was listed as an adjusting washer, allow for the naming change when cross-referencing
