⚙️ Key Features

• Supersedes 477980, previously listed as an oil line
• 0.125 kg
• 4 applications across TWD and TAD engines
• Flexible oil line

🔌 Function

Carries oil under pressure on a flexible run, allowing relative movement between the two components it links.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Oil misting, weeping or a wet trail along the hose
• Cover cracked, hardened or blistered
• Chafe wear where the hose crosses a bracket or edge
• Oil pressure lower than normal at the point it feeds
• Braiding or reinforcement showing through the cover

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the sealing washers at the unions and check the joints with the engine running and up to pressure
• Route the hose clear of hot surfaces and support it; an oil hose that bursts against an exhaust is a fire risk
• If the old hose had collapsed internally, flush the circuit before running the new one
