🔧 Product Description

🔌 Function
Encloses and supports the internal components of the transmission-side assembly, holding them in alignment.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Oil weeping from a joint face or around a seal bore
- Cracks near a mounting boss or a bolt hole
- Bearing or seal bore worn oval, allowing movement
- Mating face damaged or corroded so a new gasket will not seal
🛠️ Service Notes
- Renew the seals and gaskets that come out with the housing, and check the bores for wear before reassembly
- Support the assembly during removal, as at nearly 3 kg it will drop as soon as the last fastener comes out
