🔧 Product Description

🚤 Compatibility

  • Engine Family: TAD

Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

  • 10.886 kg
  • 28 TAD series applications
  • Supersedes 3835325
  • Radiator fan shroud

🔌 Function

Channels the fan's airflow through the radiator core and keeps hands and debris away from the blade tips.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Cracks around the mounting flanges
  • Fan blade tips catching or scoring the shroud bore
  • Cooling performance dropping as air recirculates
  • Panel distorted or corroded
  • Drumming or resonance at certain speeds

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Set the fan blade tip clearance evenly around the shroud before final tightening
  • At nearly 11 kg it is an awkward lift in a tight engine bay and is easier with two people
  • Check the radiator mountings, since a sagging radiator is what usually lets the fan strike the shroud
