⚙️ Key Features

• 0.83 kg
• 27 applications across TAD and TWD series

🔌 Function

Closes off an opening in a cooling assembly, sealing the water space and giving access for service.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant weeping or crusted residue at the cover joint
• Corrosion pitting or erosion on the inner face
• Sealing face warped, so replacement gaskets keep failing
• Coolant loss that shows only when the system is pressurised
• Fixing threads corroded or stripped

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the gasket or o-ring whenever the cover is removed and check the face for flatness
• Tighten the fixings evenly and to the manual figure — covers distort easily if pulled down unevenly
