🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta sleeve weighing 0.286 kg. Volvo Penta's special tools catalogue lists it on page 98 as a Sleeve for the IPS-A, IPS-B, IPS-C, IPS-D, IPS-E and IPS-F pod drives - the first published application for this number. Six sleeves in this run share that same product list, so the fitment will not separate them and the part number does.

⚙️ Key Features

  • Catalogued as a Sleeve
  • For IPS-A to IPS-F pod drives
  • 0.286 kg
  • One of six sleeves here sharing the same product list
  • Order by part number

🔌 Function

Spaces or guides a component during a press or drive, keeping it aligned and transferring load to the correct face.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Working faces worn out of shape
  • Ends no longer square, so the load goes on crooked
  • Cracks or splitting along the length
  • Rust on the working surfaces

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Sleeves 885690, 885710, 885711, 885734 and 3849594 carry the same designation and product list, so order strictly by number

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
