⚙️ Key Features

• 4.649 kg
• Supersedes 3854118
• 39 applications across the DPX drive family

🔌 Function

Circulates coolant through the engine so heat is carried away from the cylinders and heads to the heat exchanger.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Coolant temperature climbing under load
• Coolant dripping or crusted deposits below the pump
• Rumble or squeal from the pump bearing
• Play felt at the pulley or shaft
• Impeller found corroded or eroded on strip-down

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the drive belt and check the tensioner and pulleys while the pump is off
• Flush the system and refill with the specified coolant mix, then check for leaks at temperature
• Overheating is the fastest way to wreck a marine engine, so investigate a noisy or weeping pump rather than topping up and running on
