Full model list at the end of this description.

⚙️ Key Features

  • 4.5 g
  • 98 DPX applications
  • Fuel System group

🔌 Function

Controls the direction or pressure of fuel flow through the passage it sits in, opening at its set point and closing back against it.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Hard starting or long cranking after the engine has stood
  • Pressure that bleeds away instead of holding
  • Rough running or a stumble under load
  • Valve found gummed, stuck or with debris on its seat
  • Fuel weeping past the valve when it should be sealing

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Check the fuel filter and lines while it is apart, since a valve held open by debris usually means the debris came from somewhere
  • Depressurise the system before opening it up, and check for leaks with the engine running before closing

📦 Condition

  • Genuine Volvo Penta part
  • Brand new
  • Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
