⚙️ Key Features

• Supplied to be cut to length
• 0.168 kg
• 48 applications
• Supersedes 3857605

🔌 Function

Carries cooling water between two connections, and is trimmed on fitting so one length covers several different runs.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Weeping or dripping at a clip
• Hose soft and spongy, or hard and crazed
• Swollen or ballooned section
• Overheating from a hose that has collapsed under suction
• Kinked run where the hose was cut too long or too short

🛠️ Service Notes

• Because it is cut to length, measure the run before trimming and cut square with a sharp blade — a ragged or angled cut will never seal properly under a clip
• The fixed-length alternative in this group is 3857823 at 540 mm, so use that where a set length is specified
• Renew the clips with the hose and re-check them after a heat cycle
