• Flange distorted so a new gasket will not seal
• Overheating after the passages behind the cover silt up

• Renew gasket 3858993 whenever the cover is disturbed and use screw 3858994 as the listed fixing
• Clean the passages behind the cover while it is off and check the flange for flatness
• Anode 3858995 protects the same circuit on this range and should be checked at the same time
