• Engine group
• 0.925 kg
• 44 DPX applications
• Counterpart to port lifting eye 3860920

🔌 Function

Supports and locates a component on the starboard side of the engine, carrying its weight and vibration into the block rather than into its connections.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Rattle or drumming from the component the bracket carries
• Cracks starting at a bolt hole or a bend in the bracket
• Bolt holes elongated and fasteners loosening again
• Component sagging out of line or touching a neighbour
• Chafe marks where the bracket has been working against a hose or cable

🛠️ Service Notes

• The port part on the same applications is catalogued as a lifting eye and this one as a bracket, and it is more than twice the weight, so confirm which side and which function you need before ordering
• If this fixing is used as a lifting point on your engine, inspect it as lifting gear and never lift on a cracked or distorted bracket
• Assemble loose, settle the component, then torque the fasteners down evenly
