  • Ring gear teeth chipped, hooked or missing in one area
  • Friction or coupling face scored, heat spotted or cracked
  • Bolt holes drawn or the mounting face run out on measurement

  • This is the inboard flywheel, so confirm the installation type before ordering
  • At 13.2 kg it needs supporting on removal and refitting, and the fixings must be renewed if the workshop procedure calls for it
  • Inspect the crankshaft rear seal and the coupling or damper plate while the flywheel is off
