🔌 Function

Supplies the high pressure pipes that carry metered fuel from the injection pump to the injectors as a matched set.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Fuel weeping or spraying from a union under running pressure
• Misfire or loss of power on one cylinder
• Pipe chafed, dented or cracked at a bend
• Union nut face pulled up or the cone seat damaged
• Diesel smell around the injection pump and pipe run

🛠️ Service Notes

• The individual pipes have been consolidated into this kit, so a single damaged pipe now means ordering the whole set
• Never bend, straighten or reuse a high pressure delivery pipe, and fit the pipes without springing them into place
• Bleed the system after fitting and check every union for weeps at running pressure
