41103329 Air Hose | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

High-flex hose for the Volvo Penta cabin air heater in the 55 mm size, weighing 0.726 kg. It is the only high-flex hose in the heater range and is listed alongside the standard per-metre hoses, the 55 mm of which is 21656855. The extra flexibility suits a route with tight bends, where standard ducting would kink and choke the flow.

🔌 Function

Carries warm air from the heater to a cabin outlet along a 55 mm route that needs tighter bends than standard hose will take.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Weak flow at the outlet the hose feeds
• Hose crushed or kinked despite the flexible construction
• Split or perforation with warm air escaping into a locker
• Hose pulled off a nozzle or connector spigot
• Convolutions gone hard or cracked after long service near the engine

🛠️ Service Notes

• Use this where the run has to turn tightly - a standard hose that kinks at a bend chokes the outlet it feeds
