⚙️ Key Features

• 1.123 kg
• Supersedes 471628
• 19 applications on TAMD, TD and TAD engines
• Substantial machined spacer rather than a shim

🔌 Function

Sets and holds the correct distance between two components so the assembly runs in line and under the right load.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Belt or drive running out of alignment
• Spacer faces fretted, stepped or scored
• Bolts loosening because the stack height has changed
• Corrosion swelling between the spacer and its mating face

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check both faces for fretting before reusing an old spacer, as a stepped face will never hold torque
• Confirm the stack height on assembly rather than assuming an old spacer and a new component match
