⚙️ Key Features

• 0.005 kg
• 84 applications across the TAMD, TWD, TID, TMD, TD and D series
• Engine group

🔌 Function

Meters flow through a calibrated orifice, delivering a controlled amount to the point it feeds rather than simply passing whatever the supply offers.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Component the jet feeds running hot or dry
• Jet blocked with carbon, sludge or debris
• Orifice worn oversize, so flow is too high and pressure drops elsewhere
• Jet loose, cross-threaded or aimed off target
• Fine debris found in the system after a previous failure

🛠️ Service Notes

• Clean rather than drill a blocked jet, since enlarging the orifice changes the flow it is calibrated for
• Check the jet is aimed correctly and tightened to the manual figure, as a small jet in a deep bore is easy to cross-thread
• Change the oil and filter if debris has been circulating

📦 Condition

• Genuine Volvo Penta part
• Brand new
• Supplied in original or equivalent packaging
