⚙️ Key Features

• 0.116 kg

• Fuel System group

🔌 Function

Collects the small quantity of fuel that leaks past the injector needles and returns it to the fuel return circuit.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Diesel smell and wet fuel traces around the injectors
• Weeping at the leak-off unions or a cracked pipe
• Air drawn into the fuel system, giving hard starting or hunting
• Sealing washers hardened or the pipe fretted where it is clamped

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew every sealing washer on the leak-off unions, as reused washers are the usual cause of the leak
• Tighten the small unions only enough to seal, since they crush and split easily
• Bleed the fuel system and check for leaks with the engine running afterwards
