Genuine Quicksilver/Mercury water pump impeller for selected Mercury and Mariner 40HP-60HP outboard water pump assemblies. This OEM impeller is used in standard gearcase applications and is designed to restore correct cooling-water flow through the lower-unit pump. It is not intended for BigFoot gearcase applications.

🔌 Function

The impeller rotates inside the lower-unit water pump housing to draw cooling water through the gearcase and push it into the engine cooling system. Correct impeller fitment is essential for maintaining water pressure, preventing overheating and protecting the engine during idle and under load.
