🔧 Product Description

Aftermarket Mercury/Mariner 35-40HP outboard starter motor - Part Number: 50-898265007

A 12-volt, ten-tooth, clockwise-rotation starter for selected Mercury and Mariner twin-cylinder carburetted two-stroke outboards. It replaces the earlier 50-41583/50-41583T starter family used on 35HP, 402 and 40HP engines.

The 35-40HP range also contains three- and four-cylinder engines with different starters, so the two-cylinder powerhead and original 41583-series motor must be confirmed.

⚙️ Key Features

• 12V marine outboard starter

• Ten-tooth pinion

• Clockwise drive rotation

• Designed for selected Mercury twin-cylinder two-stroke engines

• Complete replacement motor and pinion drive
