Genuine BRP Johnson Evinrude Shift Shaft and Arm Assembly - Part Number: 5000470

A genuine OMC / BRP shift-shaft and arm assembly for selected Johnson and Evinrude V4 and V6 two-stroke outboards.

The assembly is mounted within the cylinder-and-crankcase shift mechanism and transfers control-linkage movement to the vertical gearcase shift rod. Current service part 5000470 replaces earlier assemblies 0436822 and 0433476.

🔌 Function

The arm receives movement from the throttle-and-shift linkage and rotates the shaft. The movement is transferred to the gearcase shift rod to select forward, neutral or reverse.
