A genuine BRP vapour-separator assembly kit for selected Evinrude E-TEC 60-degree V4 and V6 outboard motors. The assembly maintains a controlled reservoir of fuel for the electric high-pressure pump and separates fuel vapour before fuel is delivered to the direct-injection system.
This updated service assembly replaces part number 5006084 and incorporates the revised fuel-pump and reservoir components required for compatible E-TEC engines.

🔌 Function
The vapour separator stores a stable supply of liquid fuel, vents separated vapour and houses the electric high-pressure pump that supplies the direct-injection fuel system. It prevents fuel starvation caused by aeration, heat or sudden changes in boat attitude.
