A genuine BRP vapour-separator assembly kit for selected Evinrude E-TEC 90-degree V6 outboard motors. The assembly contains the engine's fuel reservoir and electric high-pressure pump system, maintaining a consistent liquid-fuel supply for the direct injectors.

Part number 5010821 replaces the earlier 5006063 vapour separator and is used primarily on 200HP to 300HP legacy E-TEC V6 engines.

🔌 Function

The vapour separator maintains a reserve of liquid fuel, separates vapour and supplies the electric high-pressure pump. The pump delivers fuel at the pressure required by the E-TEC injector system.
