513980 Snap & Zipper Lubricant with PTEF

A non-staining canopy zip and fastenings lubricant to reduce wear and friction helping to prevent zips binding and snagging whilst protecting against corrosion. The precise narrow nozzle allows for more accurate application into small canopy fittings.

This non-toxic boat canopy zip lubricant contains PTEF, a protective polymer barrier coating, designed to prolong the effectiveness of the lubricant and subsequent protection from weathering and wear. It also protects through temperatures ranging from -53°C (-65°F) to 343°C (650°F).

Application is easy, for zips simply run a small bead down the centre of a closed zip. Open and close the zip several times to distribute evenly and wipe of excess lubricant. For canopy fasteners, such as Lift-the-Dot fittings, simply insert the nozzle into the 'snap' fastening part and apply a small amount. Push and pull the fastening together several times and wipe off excess.
