Genuine Yamaha Tilt Ram Dust Seal 2 - Part Number: 64E-43898-09
A genuine Yamaha dust seal fitted to the hydraulic tilt-ram end-cap assembly on selected large Yamaha outboards.
The seal wipes water, salt, sand and grime from the tilt ram as the rod retracts. It protects the inner hydraulic rod seal and helps prevent corrosion and scoring of the polished ram surface.

🔌 Function
The dust seal cleans the tilt ram before it enters the hydraulic cylinder. This protects the internal oil seal and reduces the chance of abrasive contamination entering the hydraulic unit.
