A genuine Yamaha oil-pan gasket for selected high-horsepower four-stroke outboards.


The gasket seals the oil pan to the upper casing and powerhead structure, preventing engine-oil leakage and maintaining separation between lubricating-oil and exhaust or cooling-water passages.

🔌 Function


The gasket seals the oil pan to the adjoining engine casing, retaining engine oil and preventing contamination between adjacent oil, exhaust and cooling passages.


Common signs of failure:


• Engine oil leaking around the oil-pan joint

• Oil collecting inside the lower cowling

• Gasket surface wet with oil after operation

• Oil and exhaust residue around the upper casing

• Replacement required whenever the oil pan is removed
